BetaGIS: a grid information system
Thanks for taking an interest in the development of BetaGIS, a manager for distributed resources. As development is currently underway the website is still very bare. For a preliminary look at what BetaGIS have to offer please visit our demos, which consist of pages taken from the live engines. We have one from december'04 and one from april'05.
Note that you can still see raw prolog (server-side script) code on the pages (e.g. for calculating the build number below) as Apache cannot rewrite my prolog-script.
Papers, presentations and other links can be found on the publication page. At the time of writing we have one publication: "Robust Distributed Systems".
There may or may not be a live instance of BetaGIS running on my development workstation. Follow this link to find out. Note that the link only works if you're within the Vrije Universiteit IP space. Do not bookmark the remote link, as it may change after each reboot.
